Shops in Russias regions. Are there problems with food supply

Due to sanctions against Russia there is a controversial information about food availability in Russian shops. Some foreigners when they watch videos about stores in Moscow say that in Russia s regions the situation is different. In reality there is no difference at all. Shopping malls are working as before, food stores assortment is abundant. Also, despite rumours, international chains such as McDonalds, KFC, Burger King are working and offer their services to ordinary Russian people.
