Rotting Japanese Cars on The Gold Coast Auctioned in 2016

Amazing So lucky I got to visit this iconic Australian wrecking yard as from early 2016 most of the cars will be put up for auction. There are actually over 5, 000 rotting cars on the site. Unfortunately, I only got to the see the cars lined up at the front. Oh, and the pink FX Holden perched up on the verandah. The reason for the mass auction is because the government will resume 4, 5 of the land for a planned train line between Coolangatta and someplace else. (No clue. ) It s a shame this yard as it is now will be no more. Sure, it s a bit of an eyesore, but an iconic one at that.
