A 22yearold woman presented with, bleeding per rectum, bloody diarrhea, and severe anemia. The patient gives a history of ulcerative colitisthe patient is on treatment for, ulcerativecolitis in the form of, Pentasa, ,corticosteroids, and other, conservative treatments. She underwent a, colonoscopy. The scope revealed severe colitis with multiple pseudopolyps and whitishsloughed mucosa. The extent of the inflammation is about 2, 3 of the colon extending from the rectum. Multiple biopsies were taken for histopathology.
