How to Make Model Railroad Sub Roadbed

I wanted to pass along one of the ways I make my sub roadbed for my HO model railroad. I have used this method over many years and it has worked very well, allowing me to use up plenty of scrap plywood. Please feel free to post any questions you may have and I will answer them as soon as I can.
