In this photoshop vector cloth effect tutorial we will see how to add vector elements in a photo to create this fun cartoon effect. The best part is you do not need any drawing skills to do this. Just a lot of patience. First we will create outlines using layers in photoshop, then draw some details, then do coloring and finally do some shading.
