Well, Peggy and Ken Cosgrove were never a couple, but there was certainly a lot of interaction between them over Mad Men. If in the first season we have Ken Cosgrove as the typical womanizer of the 60s, over the decade he becomes a better man (hi marriage) and he comes to appreciate Peggy even more (despite constant sexual assaults in the first seasons, comments Bad about her appearance and the immense desire to make her a symbol of severity and religiosity, there are times when Ken sticks out immensely as Peggy s competence with Belle Jolie, something both Pete and Paul Kinsey have difficulty admitting.
