Gabis fitness routine
ATTENTION: Everybody s body is different For most, running extra miles may create a desirable look for others. On the other hand, from my experience ( and years of working out), I ve come to the realization that running over 1 mile gives my legs a muscular look i do not desire. I go for the ballerina lean legs, therefore I workout a certain way. That s how I work out and I m sorry if i gave false information. Thats how MY body works and this is MY fitness routine. don t like it don t watch it. Instagr
