It s time for another song by Porcupine Tree First time listening to this as a teenager, I was pretty confused by the rhythm happening in the verses. It took me some time to really figure it out. . but suddenly I knew how to play septoles. This whole piece is quiet a challenge on the drums as it s very extreme with dynamics (both heavy and very soft). And there isn t any rhythm in here that s not somehow odd or tricky still everything flows nicely and sounds terrific.
