LONG ICE HOLE BATH

Brice ( IG bricepoule ) and Joan ( IG joancruvellier ) take a long bath in an ice hole in Iraty lake. A new recruit, Bastien, also tried to bath in the frozen lake ( water : 2, 5C ). Brice stayed 8 min, and Joan 13 min, a very good performance. For Joan, it was the first bath in so low water temp After the bath, Brice had only a mild afterdrop with quick warming, which encourages him to go further in his cold endurance challenges ( 15 min in ice cold water) Joan had a little harder, but very short afterdrop he is now ready to break the world record .
