How small can you get in Brahma Engine Time halt glitch
You may remember this test map from one of my previous videos. Now the engine can handle its portals as intended. Some of them resize the player and also alter the perceived speed of time, what has effects on both player physics and how much light you can see. One can build a portal that appears like a singularity point, as it does infinite space contraction over a finite distance. The renderer starts to glitch as time comes to a total stop. Also it seems to break the video codec used for the capture. As the engine is using a continuous time model without global ticking, I ll have to implement adaptive time steps to resolve numeric problems when handling game events.
