Leonardo Di Caprio and The Great Gatsby cast set to shine at Cannes

Leonardo DiCaprio and director Baz Luhrmann are expected on the red carpet in Cannes on Wednesday as their new film The Great Gatsby opens the annual film festival. The movie, based on F Scott Fitzgerald s novel, also stars British actress Carey Mulligan. DiCaprio spoke to arts editor Will Gompertz about his relationship with the text and with his character, Jay Gatsby.
