THE Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Paris has reopened after a multimillion pound refurbishment and I was there to explore it in all its opulent glory this weekend. From the stunning Sleeping Beauty chandelier featuring thousands of handcrafted crystals that winds its way 11 metres across the ceiling of the grand lobby, to the sparkling wallpapers in the luxurious rooms, the hotel celebrates the finest of Disney royalty. When the hotel closed in April 2021, the fairytale building that spans the entrance to Disneyland Paris was taken back to bare concrete and rebuilt from the bottom up. The result is the only 5star hotel in the world dedicated to Disney royalty.
