But as Charles Wooley found when he met Sophia, the great screen queen s moods can be just a little regal and a little capricious. Sophia made a career of acting the part of the smouldering Latin, a woman as sultry as a storm at sea. And so it can be in real life. One moment it s fair weather, next the storm clouds roll in with a bat of those famous feline eyes. She s 62 now and while time hasn t mellowed Sophia, nor has it faded her charms.
