ArtScience Late: Uncommon Nonsense sub:shaman in Wonderland 20 Jun 2019, Thursday, 8pm Expression Gallery, Level 4 Advisory (Some mature content) In June, ArtScience Museum presents a special ArtScience Late programmed as a poetic response to Wonderland, a playful and interactive exhibition based on Lewis Carrolls timeless stories of Alice and her adventures through Wonderland. With Uncommon Nonsense, soundmakers sub:shaman and visual artist Marc Gabriel Loh present an aural and visual imagining of Alices third visit to Wonderland now much older and disillusioned by what she has seen in the real world. The performance will follow Alice, capturing vignettes of her journey as she reencounters iconic characters from her visits before, while she tries to reconcile the madness of Wonderland and her experiences outside of it.
