Tandoori lollipop Preparation time : 20 mins Cooking time :20 mins Serving : 4 pax Ingredients quantity first marination chicken lollipop 12 nos ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 slice red chilli powder 1 tbsp salt to taste second marination kasuri methi 2 tsp curd 3 tbsp red chilli paste 2 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp cumin powder tsp salt to taste mustard oil 2 tbsp fresh cream 2 tbsp bamboo skewers 6nos ghee 2 tsp coriander leaves 1 tbsp methods : 1. In a bowl, add chicken lollipop, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder, salt, mix it well and keep it aside. 2. Heat a tawa, add kasuri methi, dry roast it for 10 seconds, crumble it and make a fine powder. 3.
