Constant Payne Pilot Unaired Nickelodeon Pilot HD

Constant Payne is an animated pilot created by Micah Wright for Nickelodeon in 2001. It was designed to compete against Toonami on Cartoon Network. The pilot tested well, but never made it to series because the events of 9, 11 made the network skittish about producing a series where the main character s mother was killed by terrorists bent on world domination.
