In the year 2000 Richard Black, the Founder of All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air Electrical had an idea with his friend Manny. Richard wanted to find a way to put his love for cars and his passion for Plumbing and combine the two into something incredible, the birth of the Toilet Car. In 2012 the idea became a reality and the project started, 8 years later the project was completed in October 2020. All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air Electrical is a Home Service company that provides service, repairs, and installation to homeowners and commercial facilities. Based out of Ontario, California and Family Owned Operated since 1991.
