U. K. Prime Minister Boris Johnsonimposes a third Covid19 lockdown across England, shutting schools and ordering the public to stay at home. Johnson says people can only leave home for certain reasons: to go to work if impossible to work from home, to shop for necessities, to exercise, to help a vulnerable person, or attend a medical appointment.
