NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. A bridetobe was grieving after police officers found Hershy Schwartz dead in a parked car behind a fast food restaurant on Sunday in North Miami Beach. Rosie Brutowsky said Schwartz, 40, was the love of her life, and they were both looking forward to getting married in New York. I feel empty without him, Brutowsky said. My heart was completely ripped out. .. I love him and I cant live without him. Tzvi Steve Bogomilsky, an entrepreneur who had hired Swartz in MiamiDade County, said he had told him he was set to travel to New York soon to prepare for his wedding on March 1. The crime scene was at Wendys, at 25 NE 167 St. , just west of Interstate 95 and north of the Golden Glades Branch Library. Detectives suspect a robber shot him. It was not unusual for him to just hang out in his car to have a little alone time. He enjoyed it, Bogomilsky said. Many times I had seen him like that. Schwartz had volunteered as a first responder
