Biden Wanders Off Again After Speech

Joe Biden has developed a wellestablished reputation as a cautious, deliberative and mostly predictable politician. But one way the President has proven to be wholly unpredictable is in what he will do immediately after making a speech. The latest example comes to us from a FEMA event when Biden concluded his remarks and, despite flailing attempts from FEMA officials to stop him, the President wandered off and started gladhanding anyone else in the room he could reach.
