Observing a Furby
This Furby(TM) recently resurfaced after a decade in my parents attic. The attic is unheated and uninsulated, so this Furby was exposed to 10 cycles of winter and summers, shielded only from moisture. All involved were shocked that it survived mostly intact. Back in 1997, the Furby was an annoying fad. Now, with the benefit of nostalgia, it is a kitschy oddity. For the sake of posterity, here is a video recording most of the possible Furby reactions after feeding it, shaking it, and pushing the front and back buttons. Some segments are timelapsed.
