Today, I made a recipe from Restaurant Jungsik, a 2 Michelinstar restaurant in New York and Seoul that sells Koreaninspired cuisine It s a restaurant that I always looked up to since the beginning of my career, and I finally get to try one of their classic recipe, their Octopus This dish was lightly crispy, tender on the inside, and combined with this insane sauce, was whole another experience It actually brought me back to a dish I used to eat a lot as a kid, a type of deepfried squid.
