Central Thailand braces for more flooding

After North Thailand was hit by flooding, local officials are warning of possible new and serious torrents in Bangkok and central areas, as heavy seasonal rainfall is expected. Authorities say they have prepared sandbags to retain riverbanks, as well as water pumps for drainage tunnels and military trucks on standby to transport commuters.
