2nd gen 4 Runner tailgate window fix

Hope this helps at least one person because I was searching for while but couldnt find any videos or instructions on this specific repair. The rear window was crooked and did not shut completely. The previous owner has taped the window shut and rigged some hangers inside the tailgate to keep the window from falling which rendered the tailgate useless. This is how I replaced the tailgate window track channels. I dont know if this was the correct way to do it but it seemed to work for me. Parts:
