Its been more than two months since Olivia Chow became Mayor of Toronto, but the homeless crisis continues to worsen. To make matters worse, it doesnt seem like Chow has a plan to address the crisis. True Norths SueAnn Levy visits Allen Gardens in Toronto, where a major encampment of homeless people and Indigenous individuals continues to grow at an alarming rate. SueAnn says she isnt surprised that Chow doesnt have a plan to address homelessness in Toronto, given her track record as a city councillor. She adds that Torontonians should brace themselves, as the situation will likely get a lot worse before it gets better.
