DSO The Fires of Frustration ( Rehearsal)

A little over five years ago, Deathspell Omega returned from Brittany after recording The Furnaces of Palingenesia. Afterwards, the band started rehearsing to prepare for a series of concerts. Lineup complications eventually doomed the attempt at performing this particular album live. The following video of the song The Fires of Frustration is an internal working document the kind produced when musicians are scattered across a continent. The recording device was a smartphone. While the idea of concerts for Furnaces is now water under the bridge, we can at least divulge a fraction of what we were working on.
