3rd Chopin piano competition fragments from the old documentaries Yakov Zak, Rosa Tamarkina

First shots are made in 1937 winners of the 3rd Chopin piano competition (Yakov Zak, Rosa Tamarkina, Tatiana Goldfarb and Nina Emelianova) returning back to Moscow. There is also a rare film of 17 years old Tamarkina playing for Alexander Goldenweiser in his class room. Everything is staged (don t forget terrible historic period in Russia at that time) but playing is wonderful
