Lizzie Miles, Rare 1957 TV Performance of Bill Bailey

Legendary New Orleans blues shouter Lizzie Miles made this rare 1957 TV appearance singing Bill Bailey, introduced by Louis Armstrong and Rex Harrison. She started recording in the 1920 s and made a new series of albums in the 1950 s. She was known for combining her songs into an unusual mix of English and Creole French.
