M, S of a postman walking up the path to a country cottage; a dog runs out from a shed and attacks the postman rather halfheartedly Several scenes at the National Canine Defence League show dogs being trained. The same dog picks up an egg from a basket on the ground and hands it to his owner intact. Other dogs are shown a rather tense fluffy ginger cat so they can get used to being around felines. An Alsatian dog attacks a burglar as he sneaks from a house. The welltrained black dog crosses the road on his own, waiting for a van to pass before he does so.
