Bought 20 Used Solar Panels

Bought 20 Used Solar Panels. I have a lot of solar projects that I want to do this summer. I m thinking about having several solar panels to be grid tied and run the electric meter backwards when I m not home. I will have to relearn how to weld and make several solar arrays.
