Fly Fishing for Winter Rainbows

2018 was the year of rain in Central PA. May through November seemed to bring nothing but more and more precipitation, and with it, high, cold water in many of our local streams. As a result, the wild and native trout populations thrived and the stocked trout were able to holdover till another year.
