One Pot Meal, Veg Thenthuk, Tibetan Hand Pulled Noodle Soup
Heres how you can make a heart warming bowl of Tibetan hand pulled noodles known as Thenthuk. This dish can be made both vegetarian as well as nonvegetarian. Today I am showing you the vegetarian recipe. Its one of the recipes I make a lot since my Mum is a pescetarian :) Its delicious, nutritious and perfect for colder weather. Ingredients: For dough Wheatflour (you can use All purpose flour, Maida as well) Eggs (optional) gives a nice slippery texture Water For soup Oil Chopped vegetables of your choice I like to add Onions, Tomatoes, Spring onions, Carrots, Radish and Peas.
