Canyoning in Crete April 2012

The gorge of Arvi is located north of the village (south of Heraklion near Keratokambos) and are formed in limestone of Mount mazodi Dikti. Flows into the Libyan Sea, but the water never reaches there because of its use for irrigation. Unfortunately, all the way through the gorge one encounters tubes and tires.
