Easy to make, moist chocolate cake. You ll definitely love it It s really delicious. Ingredients: 225g selfraising flour 225g caster, superfine sugar 35g cocoa (sifted) 1tsp baking soda (sifted) 2 eggs 100g butter (room temperature) 125ml milk or natural yoghurt 125ml hot coffee 1tsp vanilla extract (almost full) Preheat oven to 160C, 325F fanbake. I used 20cm cake tin. Bake for 45min. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully incorporated. Pour into a tin and smooth top. Bake until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool in the tin. Chocolate Ganache 100ml cream 100g dark chocolate Heat the cream in a pot until it is almost boiling (youll see when it is ready when bubbles start to form around the edge of the pot).
