Thanks to a tip from a redditor on r, wow, I found this trailer on the Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne disc. It was July 2003, so clearly Blizzard was gearing up for World of Warcraft s launch the following year. It s fascinating to see what state the game was in back in 2003. Sadly it has screentearing from how they captured the gameplay, and it was massively low res. I did the best I could to preserve the detail. It s also a bit choppy because of the 24fps they chose for the trailer, which is odd considering 30fps is far more common for gameplay footage, even back then.
