He is stating that Britain accepts the resolution on Berlin. Pan around to Trygve Lie, General Secretary of the UNO, pan to Soviet delegate Andrei Vyshinsky. MS. Andrei Vyshinsky speaking natural sound, in Russian. He is saying that Russian delegation has considered this resolution quite seriously and does not agree with it. He is quite angry, saying that the west in their zone are doing whatever they want without consulting Russians but if the Russians are to do anything in the Eastern zone, that has to be discussed with the west item abruptly ends.
