It looks as a quite place, but it s not so calm because of the Thai neighborhood which is often irrespective. Rooms aren t sound proof even though they are each separated. I ve noticed a guest couple to take the cheapest room for few hours, which is not a good score for the reputation of the place, to me. My room, 600 baht, was cheap and I should not complain about it, but there are some severe stability issues in it due to the tree roots nearby. Airconditioner was bad working, very noisy. Staff has been super kind and efficient. Room are cleaned deeply, I ve observed that. For an overnight it s good.
