Adult Baby The Legend of KAZU (a film by Eva Michon)
The legend of Kazu, a beautiful giant exiled to the sea, who emerges to become human for a day. In KAZU s first solo album Adult Baby a distinct sample is used on the sixth track Name and Age the unmistakable cry of Godzilla. This was the spark of inspiration for awardwinning filmmaker Eva Michon, who created this visual album folk tale to accompany the vastly cinematic music of Adult It was filmed on the island of Elba, a small jewel in the Tyrrhenian sea off Tuscany, where in 1814, Napoleon Bonaparte was banished into exile and where KAZU spends much of her time. It was realized by production company Lief with the support of Ponderosa Music Records, and longtime friend of Kazu, Isabel Marant who created the costumes including a 23foot giant dress.
