The tenants packed their bags and took off, left the property neglected, Extremely overgrown yard, messy yard and unliveable. Received a phone call from a random number, asking if i can give them a quote to clean up the yard. The clients was very pleased with the results, and they now want me to maintain it on a regular basis. Glory to God
