Hey guys Let s get a workout in This 20 min fat burner core workout will mainly focus on the obliques. The exercises will help you to tighten and tone your waistline and target the love handles. There will be a 10 sec break in between each exercise and in half time an additional 30 sec. But if you need to take a longer break just pause the video at any time.
