Isabel Oakeshott says it is overwhelmingly in the public interest that The Sun newspaper reported the alleged Huw Edwards scandal He was named yesterday by his wife as the BBC presenter at the centre of claims first reported in The Sun that he paid a person thousands of pounds for sexually explicit pictures. Oakeshott says: I find it astonishing that there are still people with a leftleaning anti News UK agenda who are trying to claim that this story was illegitimate and wasn t worthy of public attention.
