Motion picture of a special performance by members of the Black Watch Band, a Scottish regiment on tour in the United States. President John F. Kennedy and Major Wingate Gray, leader of the Black Watch, make remarks. A number of area school children were invited to the South Lawn of the White House, Washington, D. C., to witness the performance. First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy, Caroline Kennedy, John F. Kennedy, Jr. , Joan Kennedy, and Patricia Kennedy Lawford also attend.
