Training Zones Explained
Any workout using heart rate or cadence monitors will be built around the 7 Zones of training. These zones are based around a percentage of your Lactate Threshold Heart Rate or THR. This video will show you how to find out your THR and go over 7 zones in more detail. If you dont have a heart rate monitor dont worry as these zones fit well with the rate of perceived exertion scale which is simply how you feel on the bike in each zone.
