87 lbs 12 Year Old Dog Galloping In His Sleep

2am. Dog lying beside me starts having the wildest run in his sleep I have ever seen. He is galloping like a horse I started recording while sitting. Tried to get up quietly so as not to wake him. Noises you hear is chair cushion squeaking. Dog has three fat lumps one on chest, under front right leg and next to groin.
