From there, I will do a bird dog pose. This will help with your balance and overall core strength. Following that, I will do an extended leg squat pose. This will stretch your legs and buttocks. Next, I will do a variation of a happy baby pose. The next exercise is important. I will do a variation of the side plank pose. I will lie on my side and with a scissor motion, I will extend my leg into a semi split. For the final exercise, I will do a monkey pose. Please go at your pace with this exercise.
