I wrote it after listening to Celebrity Skin by Hole front to back on the way to my session and I loved that line where Courtney Love says They royalty rate all the girls like you. It seems like she s talking down to someone but also talking about herself, I wanted to have that feeling of insecurity masked by cockiness. A self awareness that women tend to point the finger at each other and become competitive, and that s exactly what they want us to do.
