Bear Dance

To the best of my knowledge, this is an old anonymous medieval tune. It s been played by both folk bands and early music consorts and appears in many song books. I first heard this played by an early music consort and loved it s hypnotic simplicity. Also known as Berendans, Danse De L Ours, Danza Del Oso, Danza l Osu. The background rustling noise is caused by Dug chewing sticks amongst the fallen leaves, and he even makes a brief appearance towards the end :)
