Darren Watson The Stumble ( Freddie King Cover)

As a young guy starting out learning how to play blues guitar I learned all his instrumentals and wore out a few copies of the Hideaway LP. Now it s kind of my starting point for teaching classic electric blues lead guitar. Here s my fave of em all just as I can remember it one take, live with my homemade backing track (ha ha excuse that folks) but I think it s pretty close to the original band feel. My piano playing ain t much to write home about, tho, ha ha, eh, Al Norman Oh, and excuse the buggered if I could remember how Mr. King ended it so it went a bit sideways it s not quite notefornote but I hope it captures some of the spirit of the great Freddie King s style.
