A terrifying footage of a threestory building being toppled by flood, almost instantly has been captured on a camera in Rongxian County of south China s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The video footage shot on a local resident s mobile phone showed how the floodwaters from a local river swept across nearby roads and neighborhoods on the afternoon of May 20.
