How to get a six pack with out crunches or sit ups
What I tried to do with these disciplines is to work more than one muscle group, even when you do press ups, lock your core, the same with wheel outs, handstand hold, your working shoulders and core, and yes you do need to do cardio, running, skipping, C2 rower etc, because no matter how many core exercises you do if you are over weight you Will not see them (6 pack) hence the cardio, what ever form you do, will help you burn calories and get you in shape to show off your six pack.
